Castleton Consulting, Inc. provides executive search, sales and marketing recruitment, and management consulting services to technology companies with business interests in California, the US and Europe. Our clients are small to mid-sized organizations operating without the benefit of a dedicated human resources department, business units of foreign companies, and geographically dispersed groups within large corporation. We work primarily, but not exclusively with computer hardware, software, semiconductors, telecommunications, Internet and technology consulting companies, and focus on functions that carry revenue-generating responsibilities. We make our contributions through recruiting, screening and evaluating management talent for full-time positions, interim assignments and project consulting opportunities throughout the USA and Europe. Our consulting expertise in human capital development and organizational design adds value to our personnel placement services, and is often engaged independently by executive teams and boards of directors.
