Crawford de Munnik was formed in 1995 when two veterans of the Executive Search business joined forces. John Crawford and Lynne de Munnik each brought more than 25 years of senior level search experience to the table. Individually they have extensive experience in working across a broad spectrum of functional areas in industry, the public and not-for-profit sectors.

We are a retainer based firm, conducting searches exclusively at the senior management and executive levels.
