I started Launch Gig, a recruitment and consultant business, because the service I received from recruiters and headhunters during my career, was not only poor and disappointing, but lacked any mutual respect, individualized care or constructive follow up. I had bad experiences both as a hiring manager and as a job candidate.

I’ve been on both sides of the desk – I know what your issues, difficulties and challenges are.
