The Wright Company/TRANSEARCH was established in Asia in 1993, and is one of the fastest growing and most reputable high-end search firms in the region. We are an active member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants ( www.aesc.org ) and our CEO, Vincent Swift, was Chairman of AESC Asia-Pacific for 2006 and 2007. We are also the Partner for Greater China and South-East Asia of the TRANSEARCH (www.transearch.com) network of retained executive search firms, and we manage the TRANSEARCH network in Asia-Pacific (Greater China, SEAsia , Japan, Korea, India, Malaysia and Australia.
