Actual Consulting is a Management & Recruitment Consulting company specialized in the consulting recruitment and selection of the management professional segment through the Executive Search procedure.

In more than 12 years our consultants have gained consistent experience at international standards conducting complex local/international assignments for large multinationals present in Romania.

Since its start – April 1997 - Actual Consulting has successfully implemented and adapted international methods of search to the Romanian circumstances , needs and legal context .

Dealing almost exclusively with managerial positions, our method is executive search through direct and personal contact. Over these years we have developed a network of contacts and sources which enable us to approach the most knowledgeable, experienced executives existing in the local market. The trust and professional respect accorded to us, as consultants, give us access to executives and candidates not otherwise responsive to recruiting efforts.

Since its start - 1997 Actual Consulting is the exclusive representative in Romania of Neumann International and in 2002 , after more than 7 years of successful collaboration Actual Consulting has signed a cooperation agreement with Neumann & Partners.
