Jan was the founder of two Executive Recruiting Firms – DBG The Search Corporation in 1979 and Advanced Corporate Search in 1987, both located in Southern California. Jan has twenty-two years of expertise in placing Executive and Management level candidates in nationally and internationally known companies. She has extensive knowledge of Executives in the RF, Microwave, Telecom, Data Communications, Satellite and some Aerospace industries. We've specialized in the RF/Microwave, Antenna and Satellite Communications and some Aerospace industries with both Systems Integrators and Manufacturers for the last 22 years. These are the ONLY industries we work with. We place RF/Microwave Engineers, Antenna Engineers and SatComm Engineers in management positions.
