AD/Solutions Group is a team of Information Technology professionals committed to partnering with our clients to deliver enterprise information solutions through the use of Internet and Client/Server technologies. Founded in 1992 with the desire to create a truly progressive consulting firm, AD/S is dedicated to maintaining these principles:

AD/S was founded by three individuals focused on building a superior consulting practice that would attract the area’s finest IT talent. The Managing Partners established the privately held consulting firm, AD/Solutions Group, Inc. in January of 1992.

After seven successful years of service, AD/S located its headquarters to the current location in Oak Brook, IL where it has grown in size and stature in the ensuing years.

In 1998, AD/S made the decision to move into the contingency and retained recruiting field. The company hired an experienced individual with years of headhunting and corporate consulting placement experience. The focus of their search activitie is in the Information Technology arena, although we also provide search services in accounting, wireless and telecommunications environments. We pride ourselves on offering superior service and ensuring that our clients hire the best available talent. We offer outplacement services as well as "contract-to-hire" options.
