Ally Resource Group is a 100% woman owned corporation. We've worked for the big guys. We know their usual tactics. Sometimes those tactics work. Many times they produce a pile of resumes that are off target.

We are not a volume shop. While many staffing agencies pride themselves on quick turnaround and a high volume of resumes, you will receive 3-5 resumes initially that will be close to spot-on. If the candidates are not a fit, we fine tune and narrow the search down even more.

We believe in establishing a direct connection with the hiring manager. If we cannot work directly with the hiring manager to understand his/her needs, we will not accept the search.

We are interested in working with companies who are tired of getting endless resumes from multiple staffing companies, and who are ready to discuss forming an alliance with someone who will work on their open position exclusively until that position is filled.
