The company president is deeply involved in all searches. His background includes in-depth working experience in quality assurance, production, customer service, product marketing, marketing management, controllership and CFO positions, Director of IT, and company president. He has been posted overseas as controller in Jakarta; has successfully worked through exhausting corporate downsizings and start-ups; and had an experience where as a new CFO he had to coach his Board of Directors and CEO to voluntarily submit to the US Department of Justice that the company had been working out of the bounds of critical federal regulations for several years.
