Auerbach Associates specializes in executive search for institutions that serve the public good and are essential to creating an educated citizenry. Our clients are colleges and universities, health care, and other not-for-profit organizations— organizations that are increasingly turning to outside consultants for help in recruiting outstanding leaders. Founded in 1986 by Judith Auerbach, is one of the only search firms owned and led by a woman. Although the firm’s responsibility lies in bringing forward candidates of exceptional merit without regard to race, sex, creed, religion, or color, we are particularly sensitive to issues of professional access for women and minorities.

The compact size and unique team-based approach of Auerbach Associates allow us to offer the combination of personal attention and professional expertise that has led to our success.
