CfA or CF Appointments is the UK's longest established specialist recruitment service in its field. We focus on senior executive and trustee appointments in 'not for profit' organisations, particularly charities, and the companies which serve them.



Started as a charity in 1984 on the personal initiative of senior figures within the voluntary sector we have grown to promote and facilitate professional and progressive management throughout the sector.

In 1997 we redefined ourselves as an executive search and selection business. We deliver extremely high levels of expertise, service and professionalism, which continually benefit and assist our clients and their organisations.
