CFI Resources, founded in 1989, is an executive placement firm that specializes in the electronics capital equipment market. We provide our clients with exceptional candidates for their sales, marketing, engineering, support or management requirements. CFI is different because both partners (located in San Francisco and New York), each have over 30 years experience in upper-level management positions at major equipment companies. We understand the cycles and pressures of this business and the needs of the leaders. Through our extensive network of contacts we are able to find exceptional candidates for our clients -- candidates who are generally employed and whose resumes are not available through ordinary search methodologies. Although we are a contingency firm, because of our knowledge of the industry, we are able to provide a level of research and screening that is normally associated with the services offered by a retainer firm. Thus, we do not send "stacks" of resumes and expect our client to sort them as to relevancy. We will only introduce you to candidates who we know meet your requirements and can do the job.
