Cornerstone Italy, with two offices, was founded in May 2009 by owners Gianni Perri and Giuseppe Campellone coming from another Executive Search organization. The main office is in Rome, the other office is in Milan, so that from these two location we can get connected to the whole Italian market.

The practices that we carry on in Italy are: Executive Search, One-to-One and Collective Assessment, Organization, Coaching, Development Courses.

Over the years we have completed assignments placing several hundreds of managers, from C-Level to middle management, in a wide variety of domestic as well as multinational organizations.  These have been in as varied as Oil to Hi-Tech, from Automotive to Infrastructure, from Transportation to Professional Services, from Medical to Consumer, from Technical Services to Not-For-Profit.

Behind our core competency  Executive Search are two partners based in Milan and five partners based in Rome. They are supported by a staff of six senior researchers.

Handling Organization Development activity (including Assessment, Coaching, Organization and Development Courses) is a staff of six full time Senior Consultants, while the partner group takes care of promoting the business and getting assignments.  The firm also can rely on a high number of on-call Senior Consultants crucial for the success of a given activity.

All our people, in all the services that we provide, are senior professional that have come to us after gaining experience in important companies in Italy and Abroad.
