Our search process combines a personal consultant-to-client working relationship with a proven search methodology. In understanding our client's culture and applying our search process and business experience, we leave nothing to chance in our efforts to find the most qualified candidates. We will reach as many individuals as necessary to deliver three to five qualified candidates within the time frame specified at the start of the assignment. The candidates will be willing to relocate to your area.
We discuss the candidates with you, and submit a written report on each final candidate, assessing their strengths and weaknesses versus the position specifications.
We coordinate all interview arrangements between the client and final candidates, and continue our involvement, selection and negotiation process until a hiring agreement is reached. We monitor the individual's success with our client over the years and provide valuable feedback. We only accept assignments we believe we can fill and are candid about possible obstacles and the reality of the market place.
