Flynn, Hannock, founded in 1961, is a human resource consulting firm providing executive search as well as interim management staffing and consulting services. We are a generalist firm, serving clients in the manufacturing, financial services, utility, healthcare, not for profit and government sectors. We are retained to recruit candidates for senior management and upper middle management positions. Searches have been completed throughout the United States as well as in Mexico. Representative searches include Division and Company Presidents, Venture Capital Managing Directors, Vice Presidents of Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Credit, Worldwide Operations and Engineering to name a few. Through our partners in The Taplow Group who have offices in principal cities through out the world, we are able to assist those clients with international staffing needs. Taplow Group members are independently owned and have been thoroughly screened to ensure our clients receive only the highest level of service. Clients have the advantage of being served by a locally owned office that can provide professional services on a global scale.

The firm developed its capabilities in interim management in 1990. Since that time we have been successful placing temporary executives in short to mid-range assignments in a wide variety of roles ranging from the General Manager/turnaround specialist who rebuilt a company on a one year assignment, to the interim VP of Human Resources, interim Due Diligence Consultant, interim Chief Information Officer and interim CFO to name several representative assignments.
