Fred began his career in executive recruiting working for a small company in Southern California. He quickly realized that he enjoyed the business, but that it lacked a personal touch. It was then that he developed his mission: To create long term relationships, and to find the right candidate for the right position, everytime. He started his own business in 1980, and Fred Hood & Associates was incorperated 1985.

Today, Fred Hood & Associates is the top recruitning firm in the beverage industry. We have two offices, one in Los Angeles and one in Dallas. We have relationships in nearly every market nationwide, and with major major beverage companies in the United States. Fred boasts a network of over 1000 candidates, more than 45 client companies, and long term relationships than he establised at the beginning of his career and he is still in contact with today.
