Founded in 1987, Marina Sirras & Associates LLC (MS&A) is a women-owned and operated business that provides recruitment services to corporations and law firms in the United States and internationally. Our counselors have been involved in the recruitment industry collectively for more than thirty years. In addition, as an active member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC), we strongly abide by its Code of Ethics, and Marina Sirras is Co-President of NALSC.

MS&A represents attorneys with superior academic and professional credentials. Our resources allow us to efficiently and effectively identify appropriate candidates with the requisite background, skills and personality for each position and it is our policy that, to the extent possible, each potential candidate is interviewed personally and comprehensively to evaluate experience, personality and career goals.
