Mission Search Technology is a WBE/MBE Information Technology search and consulting services firm, headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Our service is founded on the principle of understanding the needs of our clients. The principles of MSTI have over 85 years of combined experience in the search and staffing industry. Leaders in their respective fields, they manage and mentor a staff of recruiters who share their values of Integrity, Enthusiasm, Honesty, Teamwork, and Community Service.

Recognizing our clients’ commitment to fostering workplace diversity and through our involvement in the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, founding, sponsoring and operating HispanicIT.org and SunshineWIT.org (Florida’s Women In Technology), and various on-campus student associations, we actively extend our outreach to minority candidates.
