We feature a senior account executive model consisting of career recruiters with a minimum of ten years of experience and/or former management/executives level professionals from the primary industries we serve. Our account executive team is supported by a Board of Advisors that consists of current and former industry executives that provide us access to their individual referral networks of high impact industry professionals who typically are gainfully employed and not active in the job market giving our clients access to a pool of high value/low availability candidates which may not otherwise be available to their internal recruiting team or listed on the various high-tech job boards.
