At Prime Search, we work to expand business relationships with our clients by matching their values, culture, projects and needs with those of candidates. Since our founding in 1999, we have assisted our clients by successfully filling senior executive positions following the most stringent ethical standards. In addition to Portugal, we have conducted searches in Angola, Mozambique and Cabo Verde.

Prime Search has a wide range of clients that include telecommunications, information systems and technology, financial services, pharmaceutical, industrial gas, advertising, automotive, distribution, water, security services, electronics, food, construction, logistics, human resources, sales and marketing as well as auditing and consulting.

We evaluate our work carefully and survey clients at the close of every search. In addition, we follow up six months after the search. We are proud the feedback indicates that most clients are very satisfied with the quality of our services.
