Since our formation in 1993, Pro-Tech Search, Inc. has developed an exceptional reputation for identifying and qualifying top-notch candidates for our clients in the Central Illinois marketplace. Our core service has been one of “headhunting” or “executive search” of Information Technology Professionals, with a contractual services branch added in 1996. If you were to survey our clients (many of whom our principals have had as customers for 13 years or more) you would find that we pride ourselves in operating according to the highest ethical standards and for being “pros” in the field of Information Technology recruitment.

One unique thing about working with Pro-Tech is that our “recruiters” have all come from environments where they have been owners or managers of large operations where they had to sit in your shoes from a hiring perspective. This “employers eye view to recruitment” builds strong attention to detail and excellence in the service we provide. Our recruitment team has a combined experience factor of well over 30 years in the industry.
