Resource Perspectives is a retained search firm specializing in the consumer packaged goods and related industries; i.e. personal care/HBA/cosmetics, food/beverage/food service, pharmaceuticals, household products, and Direct Sellers. The two principals have a combined total of over 55 years of experience in executive search within the consumer packaged goods industry. Besides having significant expertise within the CPG industry, we also specialize functionally; all technical areas within R&D, Supply Chain/Operations and Sales/Marketing. We have represented a number of leading manufacturers such as Pepsi-Cola, Frito-Lay, Avon, Johnson & Johnson, Alberto Culver and Bristol-Myers Squibb, as well as a variety of smaller organizations.
