The firm has been established in Portugal since 1969, specialising in the selection and recruitment of Middle and Senior Management personnel for commerce and industry.  The list of clients includes many of Portugal's most prominent national companies and international subsidiaries.  Similarly their contacts and extensive files reflect Portugal's top professionals in all areas of responsibility.

Rui Garrido is Managing Director and principal partner in the firm and has been with them since 1979. Before that, he had seven years of experience in Human Resources Management.

William G. Robertshaw, a British citizen and founder of the company in 1969, pioneered Executive Search in Portugal before retiring in 1996.
