We are a nationally recognized Direct Sourcing (search research) organization committed to providing our clients with a "lower cost per hire" for all of their recruiting needs. Through our research capabilities we are able to identify and develop candidates for client searches in all industries. Our process is documented to save companies between 40-70% of the costs incurred with contingency or retained executive search, regardless of the level you wish to hire. We have used our methodology on searches ranging from $50K to $400K.

For an hourly fee, we will develop lists of candidates from the companies that you would like to draw your new hires from and either turn that list over to your team for development or for the same hourly fee we will develop the candidates on your behalf. Presenting you with the backgrounds of only those truly qualified for your needs.
