Selectis provides Executive Search, a Dedicated Recruiter Program, a Staffing Partner Program, and Specialized Consulting Services for a variety of client staffing projects. Selectis has developed the "Dedicated Recruiter Program" and is the leading provider of this unique service. Selectis was formed in 1992, and is based in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

Selectis consultants blend in-depth knowledge of specific industries with professional human resource management skills to assist clients in identifying and hiring the best available candidates for their specific needs. Most of the consultants are experienced recruiters, many of them with over ten years of technical recruiting experience. Three of the Selectis consultants are experienced at performing research and name generation. Finally, many of the consultants have held management positions, worked, or obtained degrees in Human Resources.
