Founded in 2008 by three partners with HR/Recruiting backgrounds from the acute-care hospital sector, Servane Cross specializes in the placement of management professionals in hospital settings nationwide (from Director-level to C-level). We also have a division that places staff-level healthcare professionals (RNs, PT/OT/Speech, Pharmacists, etc.) Depending on the nature of the search, Servane Cross can work with the client on retainer or contingency-basis.
