Alex Moore, Jr., Principal-consultant, brings extensive expertise in diversity training & talent acquisition to The Sigma Group LLC. His prior experience with a wide range of industries enables him to align talent acquisition strategies to the client’s culture and environment, enhancing performance and improving retention. Alex collaborates with management teams to implement talent acquisition & training strategies focused on the organization’s long-term objectives. He develops partnerships with line managers and Human Resources to understand and define the comprehensive profile for the position to be filled. He assesses the technical competencies and functional expertise needed for success. Focusing on the organization’s vision and the leadership capabilities needed to achieve it, Alex works to find solutions that match the company’s culture and enhance its competitive position.



Before establishing Mitchell Human Resource Consultants, Alex delivered long-term staff support consulting services to Sherwin-Williams, Key Bank, Nationwide, Giant Eagle and several IBM business-partner companies, where he helped build the recruiting infrastructure for senior executive managers. He is CEO of The Sigma Group LLC, a retained recruiting firm, and a former partner in Wright Health Group. Alex has also held management positions with Carnegie International and key human resources staffing positions with the Home Shopping Network.
