Through state-of-the-art software, our research staff locates the most high-quality “passive” candidates. These are candidates that are currently employed, outperforming their peers, doing a great job for another company.
Once high-quality passive candidates are identified, SRP contacts them to review their qualifications, and interests preventing our client from reviewing hundreds of unqualified resumes. Typically, we present the two or three most qualified candidates for consideration.
Due to the quality and precision of the candidate match to the opening, clients find that most hires will be productive contributors faster than someone who is “off target”. Because SRP is compensated only by contingent fee, our income and success are directly related to the quality of the candidates we provide.
