We use a disciplined approach in conducting our searches. In addition to traditional methods of recruiting from our network within the consumer products industry, your competitors or others (such as trade associations) within the industry, we also use the latest technology to cast a wider net and find the best candidates. We have a proprietary database of people from within the industry and know many key players in the industries and companies we serve.We search aggressively. We never submit a candidate to a client that does not meet the agreed upon requirements for the position.
