The Swann Group is an Australian recruitment services company which has been serving clients in selected markets for 10 years.

The company was set up to serve the mining, minerals processing, and related resources industries and this remains a core business. Moreover, during the past two years we have established ourselves as the premier recruitment company at senior professional and management levels in the Defence and Aerospace sectors.

The early focus of the Swann Group’s recruitment activities was on the search for technical/professional staff and management with a strong technical content. In recent years we have also developed a proven capability in recruiting for a diverse range of senior and middle management positions in our chosen market segments. The development of a specialist Executive/Leadership practice has greatly facilitated this and has enabled us to successfully extend our services to industries which share common business drivers with our core industry segments.
