YORK & ASSOCIATES is an Executive Search Firm for the construction industry. The owner of the firm, Teri York, worked 11 years for construction and engineering companies, including a $200MM/year general contractor. The firm focuses on mid-size construction companies, those whose success is driven by a people-oriented attitude. Most of our clients are employee-owned companies. Clients include commercial, industrial and public works construction companies throughout the United States.
