Mike Abate possesses a demonstrated record of consistent success within the Information Technology search and placement industry. Over the last six years Mike has worked with clients ranging from the critical start-up phase to Fortune 500 status. The highly effective consultative approach Mike exhibits has proven to procure his clientele the top talent all companies strive to attract.font>

Since 1997, Mike has been heavily involved in all areas of recruiting, including sales, candidate sourcing and qualification, and the continuous improvement and measurement of the recruitment process. From the beginning of 2000 through February of 2002 Mike single handedly generated 1.1 million in gross margin and 3.1 million in revenue for an office that prior to his arrival was operating in the red.

In February 2002, Mike was recognized for his success and promoted to the position of Midwest Regional Manager. Under his leadership, while in a down economy, his team of fifteen search professionals produced outstanding numbers. Effective implementation of new commission and bonus plans, recruiting tools, resources, metrics, daily activity reporting, recruiting methodology, and a functional reporting hierarchy successfully centralized all facets of operations. On average, client-hiring managers selected one of every two candidates presented to them for interviews.

Mike and his fiancé, Nikole, reside in Franklin, TN and eagerly anticipate their wedding in June 2004.
