Joel is the Director-Midwest Operations of Duran Human Capital Partners in Milwaukee WI. He is responsible for the management of all aspects of the business as well as day-to-day operations. Joel works closely with our Midwest clients to create professional Human Capital strategies & programs to best meet their needs. His experience in consulting and mission critical best business practices provides him the experience to help clients determine the Human Capital areas that will have the greatest impact on their bottom line.

Joel brings 8 years recruiting experience with a diversified background in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, Internet Recruitment Strategies and HR/Onsite Staffing Consulting, working with companies that range from Start-ups to fortune 500 companies.



Joel has a Bachelors Degree in Arts & Science from the University of Arizona and understands the importance of continuing to develop both personally and professionally to maintain balance of excellence.



Personally, for the last 5 years, Joel has been on the board of “Wing of Corporate Love” a business charity that works with the severely disabled and abused children.



Professionally: 3 years ago Joel saw emerging trends on how Technical Recruiters have an immediate impact on a companies bottom line and co founded the WI Technical Recruiters Network and has been President for the last 2 years. Joel is also very involved with and helped co found the Global Technical Recruiters Network (National Technical Recruiters Network with 17 chapters across the US and 1 in Canada). Most Recently Joel has been involved with other Business Associations to help promote and grow Wisconsin's New Economy. Some of these associations include eInnovate.org, AccelerateMadison.org (which are high tech business associations in Madison & Milwaukee) and Wisconsin Biotech Association.



Joel's competitiveness and intensity to meet challenging goals stem from his passion for the recruiting industry. He understands that a sense of urgency, follow through and a commitment to excellence is the only way to be successful!



Joel lives in Pewaukee Wisconsin where he avidly pursues his passion for art, canoeing in Canada and fishing for Musky in Wisconsin.
