Claudia Acosta is a Consultant of Top Management-Amrop Colombia. She began working at Top Management- Amrop Colombia in 1996. She has wide experience in personnel selection processes in management, administrative and professional levels. She has strengths in organizational consulting, being able to analyze customer´s needs versus service offered. She has been involved in projects, being able to point out her leadership in the restructuring of one of the most important telecommunications company in the country. Psychologist from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with major in Human Resource Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Manizales. Claudia was also leader in the ISO 90001 project in which Top Management-Amrop Colombia obtained certification.
