Mollie M. Ahern, Founder and President, of Ahern Search Partners, has been engaged in healthcare executive recruitment since 1984. Serving both Providers and Payors, she was in the vanguard “Professional Services” specialization and gained a national reputation for recruiting Information Technology experts that has spanned two decades.

She has been both a Partner and a Vice President with two nationally retained search firms. Her current clients include recognized industry leaders in Consulting, Managed Care and Health Delivery Organizations.

Well known as a national leader in conducting searches for healthcare organizations seeking senior executives and middle managers, Mollie M. Ahern brings clients a unique skill-set.
