Justin Armintrout, Founder & Principal
As the Principal of The Grady Group, Inc. Justin specializes in the national recruitment of executive level consumer products talent. Specifically, his focus is on sales & marketing leadership including: Social Media, Brand Management, National Retail Account Management, Trade Marketing & Sales Planning, Category Management, Licensing and Consumer Insights.
Justin founded The Grady Group, Inc. in 1999 in response to a need for classically trained consumer packaged goods (CPG) talent in alternative consumer product categories such as: Housewares, Hardware, Home Décor, Toys, Pet Products, Consumer Electronics, Software and Office Products. His clients range from small start-up’s to large Fortune 500 companies.
Originally from Santa Cruz, CA, Justin moved to Missoula, Montana in 1994 to attend the University of Montana where he received his B.A.in Communication Studies, with an emphasis in Organizational Communications in 1998.
