Brad Arnold, founding partner of Employment Professionals, LLC has twenty-four years of experience in corporate management environments including 8 years in Executive Recruiting. He's also served as a consultant in Human Resources, Employee and Organizational Development, Recruiting Systems and the design and implementation of effective interview and selection processes and supportive I/T systems.

Brad's philosophy is simple: Help people define and achieve their goals. Everything else will follow accordingly.

A 1976 graduate of Lipscomb University with a BS Degree in Business Management, Brad and his wife Lynne have two daughters and live in Franklin, Tennessee.
