Helene Ashenberg

Helene leads Capstone’s Legal Search Practice which conducts a broad array of search assignments for its clients, from traditional corporate legal positions to managerial and executive positions in major industrial, service and financial organizations. Previously, Helene led the Legal Search Practice of a national executive search firm for nearly 15 years. She brings an analytical and comprehensive approach to every search and has been influential in furthering the drive for greater diversity in the workplace. Helene graduated from the University of Michigan Law School and has an undergraduate degree from Harvard. She had been associated with two major New York law firms prior to launching her legal search career. Helene has been a member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants since 1994, currently sits on the Association’s Board of Directors as Vice President, Long Range Planning and is Chair of its Ethics Committee.
