Alana Assis

biography

Alana is an Associate Director & Partner at Fesa responsible for conducting executive search projects in the Industrial and Infrastructure practices, such as Metal & Mining, Energy, Real Estate, Chemistry and Paper and Cellulose. Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, she also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world. She started her career in Executive Search at Fesa in 2007 in the financial market, conducting huge projects for the main wholesale banks. Since 2008 conducts projects to the Industrial practice where she has developed and acquired expertise in different segments, including Mining & Steel, Capital Goods, Infrastructure, Engineering and Energy. Alana holds a bachelor’s degree in Radio and Television from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo (UMESP) and a post graduation degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). She is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English.
