Ms. Marguerite K Bache

Leveraging a true international perspective, Ms. Bache draws upon almost a decade of retained executive search experience gained at Board level across the U.S. and E.M.E.A. Ms. Bache has built global, cross-functional teams for early-stage clients as well as established organizations in the Life Sciences, Software and FMCG verticals.

Prior to founding Life Science Search, Ms. Bache conducted European assignments for her clients in French and Spanish at a boutique search firm in England. She subsequently performed searches in the U.S. for a Fortune 500 player and created the Life Sciences sector for a start-up search firm. She is well positioned to understand and take advantage of the cultural nuances that exist in today's borderless, global economy in order to satisfy her clients' quest for an eclectic and results-driven workforce.

In addition to her leadership and management roles, Ms. Bache principally recruits in the areas of Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls, Clinical Development, Project Management, Research and Development and Boards of Directors.

Ms. Bache was placed first in her class when she gained her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology (UMIST), England.
