biography

After spending over 25 years in department store & specialty retail operations as a senior level executive responsible for Distribution, Logistics, Transportation and Purchasing, I moved to the “other end of the phone” in 1995, and established MR of Lake St. Louis. I have been very successful as a Senior Search Consultant since November 2002. I like to bring the best available talent in the market place in touch with the decision makers at my client companies. This involves utilizing my vast professional network of contacts to identify both the passive as well as the active job-seeking candidates.



I Recruit people who are both directly & indirectly involved in the physical distribution of finished goods within the retail, grocery and 3PL industries. Job titles include VP & Director of Logistics, Distribution Operation Managers, Industrial Engineers and Logistics Project Managers.
