Renato is partner and executive search leader at Robert Wong Executive Consulting, Cornerstone's member office for Brazil located in Sao Paulo.
With more than 12 years of experience in Executive Search, Renato worked initially at Mariaca and Associates -InterSearch Global Partners during 5 years as Senior Consultant. In 2005, he joined Russell Reynolds Associates, where he spent the last 2 years focused mainly on corporate finance positions, such as CFO, Treasurer and Controller.
Renato received the "Successful Candidate Indicator" Award -Americas in 2007. His practical experience involves search projects in the Americas and Africa.
Graduated in Business Administration from FAAP -Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado -- and with an International MBA from FIA (USP), Renato has native Portuguese and is fluent in English with an ESL course undertaken in Boston, MA.
