Ms. Bandish is a seasoned Human Resources professional. She began her career as a Human Resources Generalist before becoming a Life Science's industry leader in Talent Acquisition. She has experience recruiting across multiple discipline areas within both the corporate and agency settings.

In 1996 she established her own certified woman-owned business specializing in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics and device recruiting. The Bandish Group encompasses her experience of full life cycle recruiting, her ability to build long-lasting relationships and her enthusiasm for the fast-paced recruiting environment.
