Rick is the CEO of Solebury Search and Governance LLC bringing to clients eight years of industry experience and relationships.

Previously, Rick was a co-founding partner of a boutique executive search firm which was nationally known for recruiting high-profile and high-impact executives and board directors to Venture Capital portfolio companies. During his six year tenure, Rick successfully completed over 45 senior executive and board director searches.

Formerly, Rick served as a Director with an executive search firm headquartered in New York City where he was responsible for executive level recruitment for both early-stage privately-held and large-cap public technology companies.

Rick is a Senior Advisor to Vringo, the world’s first video ringtone sharing community making Personalization NorBelle, a Global Positioning System (GPS) engineering firm offering its patented, high-accuracy Cearch™ technology for mobile tracking of people and commercial assets. He is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Rick holds a Master of Fine Arts from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts from The Pennsylvania State University.

Rick is based in Solebury Capital Group’s Stamford, Connecticut office, and he and his wife reside in Westport, Connecticut.
