biography
Traci Barone joined Ratliff & Taylor in 2012 as Accounting/Finance Executive Recruiter. Traci graduated with an Accounting Degree from Cleveland State and began her career in an industry accounting role and later transitioned into recruiting.
This has allowed her to become a subject matter expert in working with Accounting/Finance professionals within both middle and executive level management positions.
Positions filled include Tax Partner at a major public accounting firm, Tax and Assurance Directors and Managers, Plant Controller, Manager of Financial Reporting, VP of M&A, and Director of IT Security in manufacturing and financial and professional services industries across the nation.
Traci has over eight years in the recruiting industry working in both the corporate environment as well as retained search and has filled hundreds of jobs in accounting, finance, business development and tax.
Prior to joining Ratliff & Taylor, Traci managed the consulting arm of the world's first and largest specialized accounting and finance staffing firm, Robert Half International (RHI), a Fortune 500 organization. In addition to her time at RHI, Traci spent several years at Eaton Corporation, a Fortune 150 corporation as their Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant working with all level of the organization across the nation.
