Eileen began her executive recruiting career in 1997 prior to joining A&L in 2003. She is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education. Eileen comes to A&L with a wealth of experience in consumer packaged goods as well as the pharmaceutical and medical device industry having filled senior level roles in the area of sales, marketing, supply chain, general management as well as financial area. Her direct experience in both sales and marketing gives her the foundation to appreciate the career development needs of candidates and the skill requirements of our clients
