Kim is a Human Resources professional with 15 years of experience, and has worked in small to medium-sized organizations in the healthcare and manufacturing industries. Throughout her career, she has succeeded in different roles in Human Resources, and has mainly focused on HR department start-up, compliance, recruitment, training, coaching and worker’s compensation.

Her professional affiliations include the Society of Human Resources Management, Twin Cities Human Resources Association and Human Resources Professionals of Minnesota. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University and maintains her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
