Mr. Ravi Bhatia

Ravi Bhatia has a degree in Chemical Engineering and  over 40 years of managerial and professional experience in the chemical industry having worked with Tatas, Nitro Nobel and Dow Chemicals. Prior to joining the Executive Search profession, Ravi Bhatia was a Board member of Corp Health Products, a large Agro Chemicals Company and later India’s  representative of GACO Systems Ltd., Canada. Over the past 20 years he has been engaged in Executive Search, first as a partner with The Management Group - a boutique search firm and then as the CEO of Gilbert Tweed Associates, India. He has handled senior level assignments both in India and overseas covering a wide range of industries in Healthcare, Chemicals, Information Technology and Retailing.  Ravi has, along with his colleagues been instrumental in starting and developing Gilbert Tweed's business in India and South Africa making GTA as one of the leading executive search organisations in this part of the world. He has vast contacts all over the world in the executive search domain.
