biography

Originally from Bloomfield, Iowa, Donna graduated from Upper Iowa University with a degree in accounting. She began her professional career in banking. Her experience in the staffing industry began in 1994 when she joined Personnel Incorporated as an accountant/office manager. In 1997, Donna took over the management of the company’s temporary staffing division. Then in 1999, she expanded her duties to include permanent search. Donna became a member of the Palmer team in 2002. She now specializes in Office Administration permanent search.
