Paulo is a Managing Partner at Fesap, the holding company of Fesa, Asap Recruiters and Fesa Advisory. He is responsible for leading Financial Services – Commercial Banks, Investment Banks, Brokers, Insurance Companies, Finance Businesses, Credit Card Companies, practices at Fesa, a specialized top management Executive Search firm. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial segment. Paulo was a partner of Credit Suisse Hedging Griffo and CIO of ING Asset Management. He was also the Investment Director of a large Family Office and Board Member of companies listed in Canada such as Lupaka and Mongolia Growth Group. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of Banco Sofisa. Paulo holds a degree in Economics from McGill University, Canada. He is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English, Spanish and French.
